Since, I made the pesto sauce, I cracked my brain to come out with recipes that I can use with the pesto sauce. So for a while, I will be making a lot of recipe using the pesto that I have refrigerate in my fridge.
This is the side salad for my pesto chicken.
Recipe:
Baby Romaine Lettuce (Break in two)
Sun Dried Tomato
Salt & Pepper o taste
Dressing:
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Almond Pesto (Recipe in my previous blog)
Direction:
Combine the lettuce and sun dried tomato and toss with the dressing and crack fresh black pepper and salt. An understated salad that is easy, simple and delicious.
