Recipe:
1 Tablespoon crushed black pepper corn
1 teaspoon worcester sauce
3/4 cup thick cream
1/4 cup macallan scotch
1 shallot diced.
1 tablespoon butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon thick soya sauce for coloring purpose.
Direction:
Heat butter in small pan and add shallot and black pepper corns. Fry for 2 minutes and add the macallan with high fire. fire will come out from the pan and don't panic. It is the alcohol burning. Once the macallan is reduced, lower the fire to medium and add the cream, salt, pepper, worcester sauce and soya sauce and stir until you reach saucy consistency.
